We charge £4.99 per shipment to anywhere in the United Kingdom. We generally process your order own the same day if ordered before 12:00pm. We process and ship via DPD (UK) Courier or YODEL within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and delivery is normally next day depending on your location in the United Kingdom and if ordered before 12:00 Hrs.

Once we have e-mailed you the tracking link, you can track your shipment via either the DPD UK or YODEL UK apps which can be dowloaded via the links below.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

IMPORTANT! This section applies ONLY TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED HERBALIFE PRODUCTS FROM US (HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™). You MUST contact the distributor you purchased your products from if you have any questions and/or require exchanges or refunds.  

30 Day Money-back Guarantee

HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ guarantees the quality and freshness of its Herbalife® nutrition and personal care products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife® product purchased from HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™, you may return it within 30 days from receipt for a full refund or product exchange. Refunds and exchanges may be obtained by following the instructions available from HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™. The cost of the original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded to you.

Order Cancellation

You (the client - as detailed in our Terms of Business) have the right to cancel and return your HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ order (goods as detailed in our Terms of Business) anytime up to 30 days from the original date of purchase of the goods.

To do so the client must follow the HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ returns procedure below, making a clear statement of your wish to cancel and the reason why. After this the client will be issued with an official Company Return Number (CRN) which should be clearly displayed on the front of the returned parcel.

If the client exercises their right of cancellation it is a term of the contract that the client must return the goods at their own expense and with a service which is to be tracked and signed for by a HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ member only. The goods must be unopened, unused and received at the HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ offices no later than 30 days from the original date of purchase. Goods received by HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ after this time cannot be refunded in any circumstance and will be destroyed.

The clients statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will not be affected.

Provided that any goods that the client has received under the cancelled contract have been returned to HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™, as requested above, the client will be entitled to receive a full refund. In the case of returned items, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Any refunds will be made back to the same payment method used by the client to make the original purchase. There are no fees for reimbursement.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a product is received defective or damaged, it may be returned to HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ within 14 days of purchase from the HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™, for replacement or refund, by following the returns procedure below. HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ will reimburse any shipping costs for the returned product.

Customer Returns Procedure

All product returns must be authorised in advance by HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™.

  1. Email info@herbalnutritionforlife.com, or write to: Returns, HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE c/o Body and Mind Studio International, PO Box 825, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 9QQ to request a Customer Return Number (CRN) within the time scales shown above, providing the original order number, description of the goods being returned and the reason why (order cancellation/damaged or defective product).
  2. On receipt of a CRN number, return the product(s) to HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE c/o Body and Mind Studio International, PO Box 825, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 9QQ, United Kingdom.
  3. The client should include with the returned item your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and order number.
  4. The issued CRN number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages returned to HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE without a visible CRN will not qualify for a refund and cannot be returned to the sender.
  5. The client will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item (unless otherwise advised). The company requests that a trackable/signed for shipping service is used (at the clients expense) or purchasing shipping insurance. The company accept no responsibility for returns that may be lost in transit.
  6. All returns should be received by HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE within 30 days of issuing the client with a CRN. Packages received by HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE after this time will not qualify for a refund and cannot be returned to the sender.
  7. Once the clients return is received and inspected by an HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE member, HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE will contact you to confirm that receipt of the clients item. A refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed by the HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE finance team and a credit will be applied to the clients original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Gift Certificates

HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE Gift Certificate

All Gift Certificates purchased >> here << from HERBAL Nutrition for LIFE™ are purchased in Great Britain Pounds (GBP) and are valid for 120 days from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for money or refunded to the purchaser. They may only be used for the purchase of Herbalife® products available in the country where the Gift Certificate was purchased at the time of use. Gift Certificates may only be redeemed for products at the prices applicable on the day of use.

Gift Certificates purchased through this website (www.herbalnutritionforlife.com) can ONLY be redeemed via this website to clients in the UK or if outside the UK, via the process below. They cannot be used directly with an official Herbalife® company in any of the countries where Herbalife® products are legally available a full list of which can be found here, or via any other Herbalife® Independent Member.
