General Information about being a Preferred Customer:
- A Preferred Customer (PC) cannot sell products or services or recruit or sponsor others to be Distributor Members or Preferred Customers. To do this you must be a Distributor Member.
- There is a PC joining fee paid to Herbalife directly of £30.70 (Subject to change by Herbalife each year).
- You can receive product Discount levels of 15% (Bronze), 25% (Silver) and 35% (Gold).

- Preferred Customers cannot attend Herbalife corporate or Distributor Member events.
- May only buy products at the discounted rates in the country they signed up.

How do I become a Preferred Customer in the United Kingdom?
STEP 1 - REQUEST OUR HERBALIFE ID NUMBER
Before you start the process, you will need our Herbalife ID number. You cannot sign up without it.
Contact us here and we will send you our ID Number: >> REQUEST OUR ID NUMBER <<
Once you have recieved our ID number (we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can with this information) proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2 - CREATE YOUR HERBALIFE PREFERRED CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
- Create an account by >> CLICKING HERE << and proceed to the next step (This will take you to the official Herbalife website).
- Choose the "Become a Preferred Customer" Option.
- Fill in the first 3 letters of our last surname: HOP
- Fill in our Herbalife ID number as your sponsor which we gave you in Step 1 above.
- Complete your sign up.
Congratulations! You are now an Herbalife Preferred Customer with all of its benefits!
